As CEO and Founder of Venatrix, I’m proud we have become London’s No. 1 SaaS recruitment business. We support the sales leaders of the fastest-growing companies in the world, helping them build out their sales teams quickly and effectively.

In 2015 I received investment from James Caan, a former Dragons Den Investor, and his recruitment venture firm, Recruitment Entrepreneur. We have consistently been one of the top-performing businesses in the portfolio.

An interesting fact about me: I have a custom converted Mercedes Sprinter campervan which I love to take around the UK and beyond, and I love a roast dinner. Don’t put it past me to be serving gravy in the summer!

Hi, I'm Megan!

I joined Venatrix in 2023 with 8 years of recruitment experience in the graduate sales space. I am originally from Surrey before I moved to London for university and have not left since!

My role at Venatrix is heading up our delivery function which includes everything from candidate attraction to recruitment, and through to placement. My passion is developing and coaching junior people to become future sales super stars which I am lucky enough to do on a daily basis at Venatrix.

My interests include going to the theatre, my peloton bike, discovering new brunches (especially with bottomless prosecco!), and hanging out with my sausage dog - Chipolata!

I’m Bella and I joined Venatrix in September of 2021!

I am originally from the USA and decided to make the move across the pond in early 2020. Moving to London has easily been one of the best decisions I have made. I graduated from the University of Tampa in 2019 with a degree in International Business & Marketing and I also studied Exercise Science. I then moved to London a few months later to complete a Master’s Degree in International Business. I was lucky enough to come across Venatrix in my job search and the rest is history.

At Venatrix I oversee our operational activities and play a key role in onboarding new members of the team. I work closely with the team to create new resources that ultimately support our consultants in their search for superstar SDRs. I have a passion for organisational admin and enjoy implementing new & improved processes into the business. I am excited to see the dream team grow.

An interesting fact about me is I played tennis for nearly 15 years!

Hi, I’m Natasha and I’ve worked at Venatrix since April 2019.

I graduated from University College Cork in 2017 with a First Class degree in English & Sociology, and then went on to study a Masters in Criminology. After graduating I jetted off to Vietnam to work as an English teacher before deciding what I wanted to do with my career.

Having grown up for most of my life in Ireland, I decided to move to London to pursue an exciting career in recruitment. My background was in cosmetic sales, and having loved the target-driven element of the role a transition into recruitment felt like the natural next step.

Since joining Venatrix I have achieved four promotions and love that I get to help change people’s lives for the better.

An interesting fact about me is I once placed 5th in the Irish Dancing World Championships!

Hi, I'm Natasha Kelly, one of two Natasha's here at Venatrix.

I'm a non-identical twin and a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, where I earned a First-Class degree in English and American Literature. After graduating, I worked for a year and a half in Renewable Energy sales gaining valuable experience in client relations, negotiation, and the fast-paced world of sales. Following that, I set off on a year-and-a-half backpacking adventure across Southeast Asia and Australia.

Landing back on my home turf, I realised that my skills and passion lie in recruitment and working as part of a high-performance team guiding individuals toward their dream roles in SAAS.

An interesting fact about me is I did a week-long motorbike tour across Vietnam and made it back in one piece!

I have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of driving results and building meaningful client relationships. I'm excited to work in recruitment because it allows me to leverage my sales expertise while focusing on people. Helping individuals find roles that align with their passions and strengths and assisting companies in building high-performing teams is incredibly fulfilling.

An interesting fact about me is I spent two years learning to speak Mandarin!

Hey, I’m Claude from Essex.

I traveled up the country to attend university in Newcastle, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. As an active and outgoing person passionate about mindsets, health, and fitness. I bring that same energy and drive to my role at Venatrix. Connecting top-performing talent with incredible opportunities has become my passion, and I’m excited to continue growing, making an impact, and injecting new energy into the SaaS space.

An interesting fact about me is I won a charity boxing match at university and have a very tame Budgie named Norman who keeps me on my toes!

With three decades of experience in recruitment, investment, and business growth, Greg Hollis is a seasoned expert in navigating complex business landscapes.

His strategic thinking and leadership are instrumental in driving the success and growth of Venatrix.

Daisy oversees and manages all operational activity within EVenatrix. She implements best-practice business guidelines and strategies to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She oversees all HR, office, and IT systems and services, including the CRM.

She is also our GDPR ambassador and manages all compliance and regulatory-related activities.  

Jeremy is a chartered accountant experienced in leading both finance and operational functions, with a strong track record.

He has excellent commercial awareness with a keen eye for improving Venatrixt's operation to improve EBITDA while simplifying work approaches. 

With over 23 years of delivering marketing, communications, digital, PR, and events programmes globally across multiple sectors. Sam brings a wealth of marketing knowledge to Venatriix.

With 14 years in recruitment, she sets the strategy for all marketing activities to promote and expand the business effectively.
