Talent Executive
Whilst growing your experience and knowledge of the SaaS and recruitment space, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and managing candidates through our assessment process.
This role focuses specifically on SDR & BDR roles and gives you all the tools and training you need to kick start your recruitment career.
Talent Manager
This role takes on the additional responsibility of coaching and supporting candidates through the final stage interview process.
As well as this you will also become more involved in the running of our virtual assessments giving you increasing exposure to both sides of the business.
Senior Talent Manager
Our Senior Talent Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the entire candidate journey—from sourcing and engagement to placement and beyond.
They don’t just find the right talent; they elevate our processes by leading candidate workshops, mentoring junior team members, and driving key projects from concept to completion. This role is all about blending strategic impact with hands-on execution to continuously add value across the business
Consultant
At the consultant level, our team has the option of progressing down one of three routes. The first is moving into our Account Executive team to develop their new business skills.
The second route is to continue on the delivery side taking more responsibility for managing end-to-end projects and client relationships, And the other option is to start to grow a small team of their own Talent Executives
